Wristbands per Exhibitor
Two wristbands will be issued to each owner for their first horse or pony entered. One additional wristband will be issued for each additional animal entered under that owner. Please note the RDS does not issue child rider passes.
How to Claim Your Exhibitor Wristband
The wristband system operates as follows – each owner will receive vouchers which must be surrendered upon arrival at the Showgrounds in exchange for a wristband. Vouchers are not admission tickets and must be used to redeem a wristband at the designated areas, in either the Concert Hall Foyer, at the Shrewsbury Gate Porta Cabin or at the Belvedere Gate upon first arrival. Each voucher holder must exchange their initial voucher for a wristband after the first use, as the barcode will only permit the voucher to be used for one entrance to the Showgrounds.
An exhibitor will not be permitted to exchange vouchers or collect a wristband on behalf of another individual, groom or rider etc. Wristband will be fastened securely by a member of the RDS Ticketing Staff. Removal of or tampering with wristbands throughout the five days of the Show will make them ‘void’ and invalid for use.
Purchasing Additional Exhibitor Wristbands
Additional exhibitor (season) vouchers can be purchased on arrival in either the Concert Hall Foyer, the Shrewsbury Gate Porta Cabin, the Belvedere Gate, or in advance from the RDS Ticket Office only - Ph: 01 240 7903.
Exhibitor (season) vouchers are priced as follows: €71.60 (incl. of booking fee), if purchased in advance of the Show. If purchased on arrival at the Showgrounds once the Show has commenced, an exhibitor (season) ticket will cost: €80 (inclusive of processing fee). There are no concession prices available for exhibitor tickets.
Please note exhibitor tickets are NOT available at the Equestrian Office. Lost, mislaid, broken wristbands or wristbands that have been removed or tampered with will NOT be replaced free of charge. Wristbands that have been loosened may be confiscated by the Access Control Staff. Likewise, lost or mislaid vouchers will NOT be replaced free of charge.
