Terms & Conditions

By using a ticket to attend the Dublin Horse Show, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions;

  1. Dublin Horse Show tickets are issued on behalf of the Royal Dublin Society (RDS), the organisation responsible for the event, hereinafter referred to as the Organiser.
  2. By purchasing a Dublin Horse Show ticket, you will also be agreeing to be bound to our official Ticket Agent, Ticketmaster’s Purchase Policy, which can be found at https://www.ticketmaster.ie/legal/purchase.html.
  3. Only holders of a valid ticket may gain entry to the Dublin Horse Show. Tickets altered or defaced will be rendered void. Those seeking to gain admission using a counterfeit ticket will be prosecuted.
  4. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, or mistakes rectified. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the ticket carefully, prior to entry. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
  5. Re-entry to the Dublin Horse Show is not permitted.
  6. ID will be required for student/concession ticket holders, on entry.
  7. Before entering, all ticket holders may be subject to a search in a manner permissible under law. Anyone refusing to consent to a personal search will be denied entry.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder without refund for behaviour causing or likely to cause damage, injury or nuisance, and to remove any person(s) for reasons of public safety.
  9. Please check event details, timings and car park changes prior to travelling as these may be subject to change.
  10. The holder of this ticket assumes all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and releases promoters, performers, sponsors, venue, ticket outlets and their employees from any liability thereafter.
  11. By attending this event, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording will occur. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to your image, mannerisms and/or voice being used by the Organiser or any authorised third party for promotional and communications purposes – or for any other related purpose. The Organiser and authorised third parties shall be regarded as being free from any obligation to compensate any individual for the use of such data. Third Parties authorised by the RDS include Fáilte Ireland and Tourism Ireland, who may use your photograph and digital footage, without compensation, for the use in all media and you release Fáilte Ireland and Tourism Ireland from liability whatsoever of any nature.   12. Food and beverages including alcohol cannot be brought into the Dublin Horse Show. There are numerous food and beverage services available on site.
  13. Animals cannot be admitted except for registered guide dogs and assistance dogs.
  14. The Organiser retains the right to alter or vary the programme as necessary or due to events or circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
  15. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any event, performance or allocated seat that is affected by weather or any other reason outside of its control.
  16. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any changes to the seating plans after a customer has booked tickets. Should seating plans change the customer will be seated in the next best possible seat.
  17. The Organiser will not be liable for any act or omission by any person not employed directly by RDS. The Organiser has no control over our suppliers and cannot be held responsible for any act or omission of our suppliers or their servants, agents or employees.
  18. The Organiser, its servants or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to the bearer of this ticket save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organiser, its servants or agents or any other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
  19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and those bound by them hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts in connection herewith.
  20. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as is considered reasonable and necessary to do so.
