The 2026 Rolex Grand Prix of Ireland will take place at the RDS Dublin Horse Show on Sunday, 9th of August 2026 in the Laya Arena.
The Grand Prix at Dublin was first held in 1934, and has a rich history, with some of the best riders in the world lifting the Irish Government Trophy such as Eddie Macken, John & Michael Whitaker, Nick Skelton, Jessica Kuerten, Lauren Hough, Cian O’Connor, Bertram Allen, Kent Farrington, Shane Breen, Martin Fuchs and Laura Kraut spectacularly in 2025.
The RDS is delighted to have entered into a long-term partnership with the global watchmaker Rolex as Official Timepiece and Grand Prix sponsor at the RDS Dublin Horse Show. The Rolex Grand Prix of Ireland will offer a record prize fund of €1,000,000 in 2026 to mark the centenary of Nations' Cup Jumping at the Show.
The Grand Prix at the RDS Dublin Horse Show is part of the Rolex Series, which brings together six Rolex Grand Prix events. Aimed at the show jumping elite, these 5* competitions are held at prestigious equestrian events worldwide.
The winner of the 2025 Rolex Grand Prix of Ireland was Laura Kraut riding Bisquetta.
