Rules
Special SJI Rules Apply - judged over one round. Speed 325 mpm. At the Dublin Horse Show, the top six horses based on points following Competitions 104 A and 104 B may be ridden by International Riders to decide the Championship. Any disobedience will incur elimination. The use of hind boots and bandages will not be permitted at the qualifiers or the Final.
Restricted to animals registered as being bred on the island of Ireland, and to those entire animals (stallions and mares) bred outside of Ireland, that were registered and approved / preliminary approved or selected for breeding in an Irish Studbook (approved by the Department of Agriculture).
Five year old mares having carried a foal to parturition as a four year old and providing that the foal was subsequently registered in a studbook will be permitted to compete in the Four Year Old qualifiers.

Qualification
There will be three qualifiers for the Four Year Old Horses.
The four year old horses will be awarded points for ‘Future Potential’, ‘Rideability’ and ‘Jumping Technique / Natural Ability’ in the second round of the qualifiers. The eight highest placed horses at each of the three qualifiers, based on their final score, will qualify for the Dublin Horse Show. In the event of a tie, the ‘Future Potential’, ‘Rideability’ and ‘Jumping Technique / Natural Ability’ scores in that order will decide.

The following marking system will apply for both the qualifiers and the Final:

A Special Breeders’ Prize of €1,500 will be presented to the breeder of the winner of Competition 104 C.
