Market & Makers by the RDS Foundation Launch

Today a new initiative at the RDS Dublin Horse Show was announced by RDS CEO Liam Kavanagh. Market & Makers by the RDS Foundation will take place in the concert hall over the course of the five-day show (14-18th August) to highlight RDS Foundation winners and showcase their stories including Change Clothes Crumlin in Dublin which is the Circular Economy 2024 winner and Cycle Up Roscommon, an initiative that won this year’s Sustainable Rural Social Impact award.

The event will comprise of a farmers’ market of foundation programme winners and an exhibition by the Wood Turners Guild, a Guild of over 450 members who in 2024 celebrate forty years with a wonderful exhibition of forty pieces of carved work from one tree.

The RDS is a social impact organisation which works to promote and develop Agriculture, the Arts, Enterprise, Equestrianism, Science and Technology in Ireland.
